RKHS MEMORIES: What are some of your strongest memories of RKHS?

Being on the Pom-Pom team, being the lead in Guys and Dolls and being a member of the Rufus King family.

RKHS PEOPLE/NAMES: What are the names of the students, teachers, coaches, administrators, counselors, or others in the RUFUS KING NATION that you remember the most?

I remember a large number of the students that attended King during the years that I was there. Mr. Krase was my brother's wrestling coach when he attended King in the 70's and he was my counselor when I was there in the 80's. I remember many of my teachers, some are still there. My great niece graduated from King in 2006 and Ms. Bussie was scheduled to speak but was not feeling well.

RKHS ACTIVITIES: What were some of your extracurricular activities, clubs, sports, or other interests/pursuits during your RKHS days?

I was involved in chorus & the pom-pom squad. I was not shy, but was somewhat quiet. I sang in competitions and in my senior year was the lead in Guys and Dolls.

POST RKHS: What have you been doing since your days at RKHS...and what are you doing now?

I attended U.W. Milwaukee for two years and then transferred to U.W. Madison. I have been working as a Human Services case worker and currently am a victim witness services supervisor in the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office. I have been there for 9 years and supervising for 4.I am also a mother of two beautiful boys, Silas and Elijah. They are 10 and 7. They are my life.

I graduated from U.W. Madison in December of 1989

What is your current profession or career field?

I am a Victim Services Supervisor with the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office
