I don't know about you guys but I remember a while back they had an article on some of the best high school teams ever and not one mention of any King team. Come on, what were they smoking, you could make the argument that we had some of the most dominate teams ever!! Not to even be recognized was a slap in the face. I had to get that one out. My time is over but I still take much pride in our school and what the institution overall has accomplish. I bleed blue and gold:)

I am pretty old school, relative to most of the bloggers on this site. But I have very fond memories of Coach Gordon "rewarding" me for skipping school the day of a game against Racine Horlick and Robert Barnes in order to take in the company of a young lady who will remain nameless to protect the innocent. At least she was before we left school.

I am currently a guidance counselor at King. In May, both Dave Forecki and Jeff Brooks are retiring. Dave has been at King for 39 years as both a guidance counselor and math teacher. Jeff has been at King for 28 years in the same positions. I am trying to put together a collection of emails from past students and staff to present to both of them on their last day.
